Hello Everyone!

Tonight is our meeting, come if you can! 7PM here in the lower level.

As neither my husband nor I have ever owned a grocery store, there are things we learn along the way! One thing we are learning is to put things on SALE! People love to see the word SALE, so we have these cute new sale signs where the sales are! Our prices are kept low all the time (most items have a profit margin of well under 30%), so we hesitated putting anything on sale, but what the heck. Why not! A couple items just to tease you are broccoli $1.99 head, cauliflower $1.99 head, plums $1.38 lb, Spectrum Organic Virgin Coconut oil only $9.25 for 14 oz (Both Patty and I ordered a case not knowing the other did so we have a TON!!! Great for you!) and as always, the Garden of Life Vitamin Code at the lowest retail price possible $29.99 so come on in for that alone! All Enviro Kids Cereal $4.25 and Grapeseed Spray $5.99 and Don’t Bite Me patches for $7.99!!!

OIL = Health! As the fall and winter months approach us, please get your oil! Fish oil, Flaxseed Oil and Coconut oil are the three we most recommend. Our family takes
1 TB of Flax oil a day and our skin is not dry!
Flax oil and fish oils both provide Omega-3 and the fish oil DHA.

I personally take coconut daily, and it is incredible for your skin topically as well. Coconut oil is the BEST oil I have ever read about or studied. NO the fats associated with this terrific oil are NOT bad for you! They are fully assimilated and full of enzymes! Coconut oil is fantastic to lightly sauté with, bake with, make popcorn, use in salad dressings, make smoothies with, remove makeup, and to keep your body soft! Did I mention it is on sale? Just seeing if you were keeping up..... (Oh, these statements we not evaluated by the FDA, nor will they probably ever be so don't believe me on any of this, as I am not an MD, so try it yourself!)

Advertising- As Hwy 33 is a state Hwy, we are having quite the time getting approval for a sign anywhere. We are working with the local and state now, and perhaps we will get a sign up yet this fall. Until then, we need YOU to help promote the store! THANK you for all you do already! We would love to have the local papers do articles on our store, but perhaps they need a little inspiration from you, the readers. Don't hesitate to call if you have a paper that does feature articles!

Once the date for the cafe is set, we will resume more advertising. Our store inventory is paid for as it is delivered, as we avoid debt, and with wanting to bring in more product lines (Enzymatic Therapy, Schoffs Botanicals, Amazon Herbs, Essential Oils), we keep our advertising to a minimum. Not what we want to do, but what we do to keep food on our own table! (It is a SHORT walk to the grocery store for us! How many others can take the cart home via the driveway!?) So please continue your word of mouth! We appreciate it!

ON LINE ORDERING - Within a month you will be able to order your grocery and we will deliver it to you!

SEE YOU SUNDAY! Nature's Garden Family Picnic 4-7 PM!
Come enjoy The Gardens too!

Remember....EAT TO LIVE!!!!
