We are looking for participants (YOU) to walk along side of our beautiful float handing out fruit and postcards or just waving & walking. If you choose to wear or hold a sign that we will provide that says "I eat organic", "My body HEALS!", or something that "I have healed from _____"
(asthma, allergies, migraines, diabetes...) ALL AGES WELCOME!!
July 4th West Bend~ We will meet at 8:45 at the Badger Middle School in West Bend.
July 4th Hartford~ We will meet at 1:30 in Hartford – line up at High Street.

NEW SECRET SPICE INGREDIENT in the store~ Spanish Smoked Paprika
It's beautifully bright red AND Delicious Smoked Paprika (pimenton), made in Spain from smoked, cultivated with no chemicals ground pimento peppers.
Smoked Spanish paprika is nothing like the relatively bland traditional Hungarian paprika you get at the local supermarket. This paprika has a deep smoky flavor!!It enhances so many dishes
by giving them a rich, smoky hard to define taste. Once you try it, you’ll never use regular paprika again.
USES: sprinkle it on grilled cheese sandwiches and deviled eggs, to impart a smoky flavor to chili, tofu, salad dressing, bean casseroles, hummus and all sorts of cooked meats and vegetables.
Try rubbing a chicken with olive oil , sea salt and smoked paprika before roasting it - fabulous! Sprinkle it over buttered noodles or popcorn, corn on the cob, and baked potatoes.
Smoky Veggie Bacon RECIPE

Spanish Rice RECIPE
1 head cauliflower, grated in a food processor
4 green onions, diced
2 tomatoes, diced
1 orange bell pepper, diced
1 Jalapeno pepper, diced
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup cilantro, diced
1 avocado (mashed in)
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
1/4 cup cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
Mix together and serve!
Smoked Paprika Almonds RECIPE
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic
3 cups raw almonds
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon celtic sea salt
¼ teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon cayenne
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat (I used
my cast iron skillet, though any skillet will work)
2. Add garlic to the skillet and saute for 3-5 minutes, until the
garlic is almost brown
3. Add the smoked paprika, salt, chili and cayenne and stir to
make a paste
4. Add the almonds and stir constantly until they are thoroughly
coated
5. Continue toasting the almonds in the skillet until they are
fragrant, about 5 minutes
6. Remove from heat and allow the nuts to cool in the pan
7. Serve

4th Parades!, Wind & Lilly, Amazing Thursday, CNHA, Bunk Beds great shape!
Hello Everyone!
Let’s start by making you smile….

We lie on our hill and listen, enjoy a beautiful breeze, warm sunshine...
Mom "What is the breeze saying Lilly?"

I LOVE Nature! (So does Lilly......especially when it agrees with her....)
There is SO MUCH that happens in a month around here I thought, I’d better catch you all up!
#1 The fourth of July is right around the corner and it is our time to show that Health Freedom Rings! We are looking for participants (YOU) to walk along side of our beautiful float handing out plums, bananas, apples and postcards.
A 4x8 banner displays the words “Restore America’s Health Naturally – One Family at a Time”. Then the words: “Real People: Real Results! Local people are now free of: Cancers,
Diabetes, Epilepsy, Arthritis, Skin Conditions, Colitis, Constipation, Narcolepsy, Asthma, Allergies, Excess Weight, ADD ADHD, Infertility, Chronic Dis-ease and more!”
We have two 2x12 side banners and a back banner as well that areall professionally designed and printed - they are GREAT!
We are hopeful that you, your family or friends would join us in promoting Natural Health! We have soft paper (like runners use when they run to show their numbers) to wear as signs that can
say “Free of Epilepsy,” “Free of cancer”, “ I Lost 25lb” , “Lemon Water Rules”, “Our family is prescription free!”, “ADD, ADHD free!” , “my mom has no more cancer” or anything you have been set free of.
Not everyone who walks with the float needs be wearing a sign. Just come! We believe that the time has come for us to group together and inspire others to TRY NATURAL HEALTH.
We welcome anyone who has been able to regain health through any form of natural care to walk with us! We must group together and inspire others, and give them hope!
All ages welcome!. Come to one parade or come to them all! INVITE YOUR FRIENDS!
July 3rd Menomonee Falls. We are still waiting to see if our float entry is accepted – they were already full…but we can walk the route no matter if we have the float or not – so we
are planning on it! They estimate 22,000 people in attendance….we will update you when we hear more.
July 4th West Bend. We will meet at 8:45 at the Badger Middle School in West Bend.

mission and our family.
Speaking engagements are being scheduled, and with fall right around the corner we are hopeful to get into high schools, elementary schools, more universities and businesses. Please
consider promoting the idea of a Living with Energy presentation at your school or office. I do not always charge for these presentations, as I simply wish to spread the word everywhere that you CAN change your life and live symptom free!
In Utah we saw mountains move, and there are a few to move out there! Hundreds came in June to hear and learn how to change their lives, their kitchens, their eating…and they did! Just
before I left a woman came up to me and said ‘Karen, I heard you speak and tell people they could get off their insulin within weeks. I didn’t believe it, but thought I would give it a try.
Here I am just three weeks since with no insulin now and more energy that I know what to do with! My friends at work wonder what has happened to me, I just can’t stop telling them about health!”
I appreciate all of you and all the countless stories that come via email each day.
You can make a difference in a life – just share what you know!
Many have asked how my book is coming, and it is coming along fine. With our daughter coming back, we will be able to dedicate more time to getting it completed. I will not let you down!

#3 Rumor has it correct! I have been asked to be the director for the Association of Natural Health’s new CNHA program! I approached members of the AONH board with an idea that has been swarming in my head for years, and we had a ball rolling with it.
The new school is designed for technicians, nurses, doctors of any profession and the entire public at large – this includes YOU! The course will enable anyone to learn all about the workings of the body, each organ, each system, the complete anatomy, each form of detoxing, all forms of natural health care (there are dozens), all signs and symptoms of detox, what each type of food does to a cell at different stages, vibrations and cell growth, and more! After the course, people will be Certified Natural Health Advisors (CNHA). The course hours may be used for continuing education hours for most fields of health study.
The hours spent in a class room will be held locally, hopefully in our new building, starting in March 2013. Many many hours are being spent developing curriculum. We will have doctors joining us from around the country, and people will be coming from around the world to study with us.
This is an epic adventure, and it still has not hit me that it is REAL! Whew! We need our new building soon! We have one in mind, but if anyone has a building they would like to donate, or feels
would be a desirable location, please let us know! (I only mention donate because a good friend just had a 5,000 sq foot building given to him and his business! So, I thought I’d put it out there….)
We are also looking for help in organizing curriculum. If you can donate hours (no money yet) we sure could use the help! Heck, we can offer free room and board!
#4 This Thursday’s class on cells, cancer, chronic disease is AMAZING! We always have an incredible time and it has become a huge hit of a class. You will understand how cells work, atoms,
frequencies and how they work in the body.
This is Living with Energy Part 2! How it all pulls together! We have so much information to share we always run out of time, so you will surly get your dimes worth! Print this email as a five dollar coupon towards the class! Heck for that deal, bring a friend!

As most of you know we have ten children. Because many of you keep asking about the children not living at home any longer, this is a short update and you can skip it if you wish!
Jenna (22) Jenna returns from her 18 month mission to Las Vegas this TUESDAY June 26th! We will have an open house for her this Saturday June 30th from 5pm – 9pm at our home next to the store. Come! Many of you remember Jenna, (hard to forget her once you meet her…..she is amazing)
and you are invited to share with us this exciting time! We have not seen her in 18 months and are happy she is coming home!!
Allysa (22) lives in CA with her husband Andrew and our first granddaughter. She is teaching in public school now and working with special needs children.
Eric (20) has just completed his first of two years on his mission to Spanish Speaking areas in Orlando Florida. He loves the people, the amazing food, and loves serving!
Emily (20) is at college studying physics and just received her mission call to serve 18 months in Salt Lake City. She leaves August 15th and is super excited! (Emily says super all the time...)
Roger (20) just completed the rigorous training for Special Forces in the Army. Out of over 350 men, he was one of the last standing! He is now going on to Ranger school.
Taylor (18) is studying law enforcement at UWL. We just spent the day with her at Noah’s ark! (Hardly any sunburn on those from our home…gotta love the alkaline body!)
Amy (18) was a valedictorian at Slinger High this year and is in Norway with Marthe right now, our foreign exchange student who lived with us last year. Amy returns in July and leaves for Israel for a
month! Amy majors in Public Health at BYU Utah. (She really wants to change what is being taught in all schools and to the public! Go Amy!)
This next year Julia enters 9th grade, Rose 6th and Lilly 3rd!

Last tidbit is with children leaving home and us down to three minors, we have another bunk bed with mattresses to sell! It’s in great condition. It’s white with a futon on the bottom. $225.00 OBO! Call us at 262-629-4300.

Plant Sale & ZuZu's Kraut
Eva's Garden ORGANIC PLANTS...ON SALE!!!
All plants originated from: organic seedlings, worm castings that have minerals in an extremely soluable form for the plant to uptake & grow, and organic compost all used in growing= THESE PLANT WILL PRODUCE QUALITY!!
Choose from a limited variety of stock:
* $3.25 Herb pots~ sweet basil,purple basil,lemon basil,garlic,oregano, thyme,rosemary,sage
* $3.00 4" square pots~ tomatoes (assorted variety)
* $1.25 2 1/2" square pots~ curly & lacanto kale
* $2.00 4 packs~ red & green cabbage,broccoli
ZuZu's KRAUT...the original quality famous recipes are back!!
This past year we contracted with a sauerkraut supplier as ZuZu's kitchen was creating a new grab and go cafe menu, developing a signature line of dressings, along with participating in several healthy living expos.
For the past few months, it is with our apologies, that the supplier's sauerkraut was not meeting with your satisfaction. The kraut was definately not approved for quality either by the staff here at Nature's Garden and has been sent back to the supplier.
With numerous requests and back by popular demand, ZuZu's KRAUT is in the process of fermenting a superior batch that will be in later next week!!
* Available in Quart & Pint sizes
* All 3 Flavors~ Sassy, Dilly & Zesty will be available by the end of the month, just in time for the big grill outs for the 4th!!
* Grab a few jars for tailgating & share this delicious fermented food on brats!
