Neys Hot Dogs: One local farmer has really been working on getting us a NITRATE free, GRASS FED, NO hormones or antibiotics, heck NOTHING chemical at all, ORGANIC spice hot dog that tastes great! Oh, without PORK too! So, after a few trials, we have it in! I am so glad Doug Ney was so willing to accommodate us. His hot dogs are available here at Natures Garden and they taste great! (yes, I had one!! YUM!)

Oil UP Class
: Tomorrow, Tuesday 6:30 PM. Come make lotions, deet free bug spray or oil, Epsom salts for your bath or body, and other concoctions (sounds exciting doesn't it?!)

Make the Change Class: Next Tuesday come learn how we went from eating the SAD diet (Standard American Diet) to eating,.......better! Some of us are raw foodists, some are vegetarians, but all of us eat healthy! We will have food on display, and to taste and lots of information to share. The human body is the master healer and repair man/woman. Come see why! OTHERS who have had great changes are encouraged to come and share as well. See you then!

Garden of Life is FINALLY here! If you ordered items we will call you, and anyone else, their products are no longer on back order so come enjoy!

REQUEST QUESTION: Many of you have asked for us to sell more of our food that we make here at ZuZu's. What are the thoughts of selling the following: Spaghetti with noodles frozen, ready to eat when thawed, our Parmesan Spread used for BMT's (bread with this incredible parmesan spread on it baked with tomatoes - basil and mozzarella cheese), Carrot Curry Slaw, Cooked black beans or cooked garbanzo beans (ready for any meal), Pizzas under $7.00, ZuZu's Tribeca Mustard ( I suppose this is becoming famous, as we use it on our Tribeca Turkey sandwiches and people want to buy it, but it isn't as cheap as regular mustard so we are just asking...) ZuZu's Mango Ginger Salad Dressing, ZuZu's Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad Dressing, any other requests?

OTHER new items on the way this week, so stop in to see what's new if we don't get to another email this week!

I am putting the class schedule together for August and September. Requests anyone?

Have a terrific week everyone!!!

Hello Everyone!

We are SOOOOOO excited to share with you our new bars and labels! Please see attached to water your taste buds, and to order in case quantities for your place of business! FREE Counter Display with the first order!! See attached!

DEHYDRATORS and EQUIPMENT: The next order (which most of your orders will be on) for the amazing Excalibur and other products will be placed on WEDNESDAY JULY 15th. Please have any additional orders to our office by JULY 14th. Thanks! Money will be due next week as well, and we will call you with your final totals when the order is placed. EXCITING!

TUESDAY’s CLASS on raw granola and raw bars is being moved to August. The new date will appear on our next class schedule.

TROUT SPREAD is in! 20 containers for the week. Fresh butterflied trout too!!! GREAT on the grill with just lemon and seasonings. Come grab some of this fantastic trout. Attached are some of Peters recipes! (Peter owns the trout farm. DON"T let the word farm scare you, he is an all natural farmer-leading the nation in trout farming! NO Antibiotics or hormones at all!)

E MAIL SPECIAL: Mention this email on Saturday July 11th and enjoy half off one entree at ZuZu's cafe! Buy one get one 1/2 off this Saturday! (other dates to follow!)

NEW ITEMS: Sprouted Rye Bread, Corn on the cob (INCREDIBLE! We may eat it all before you get here!), Earth Enzymes drain opener, and Wave Jet cleaner for the dishwashing machine.

We are thrilled that so many of you enjoy the new products we bring in each week. If there is anything we run out of, or stop carrying, let us know if you want it back. We try quite hard to keep up with what you are purchasing, and what doesn't move so we can keep those hot items in stock for you. One of our thoughts is to have animal foods and products, and perhaps utilize our front entry for those items. Thoughts?

WINE TASTING: We need to have a wine and beer tasting soon. We are collecting samples bottles to share with you. I am hesitating having this on a weekend, so what other days work best? Once a bottle is open, it is good for two -three days, so we have a span to work with. How about a Tuesday - Thursday? FEEDBACK needed! Any volunteers to run it?

BIODEGRADABLE Bags! Did you know that most of our bags and take out containers you can throw in the GARDEN! We have been using the greatest products, and I am not sure if you realize it! There is one bag we still have ( for grains) that you can not compost, but almost every other bag we use, and all of our take out containers, are 100% compostable! fun, isn't it? What will the neighbors think!?

Today for dinner we had something easy and YUMMY: Sprouted noodles in the following easy sauce: melted butter or oil, four garlic cloves diced, an onion diced, and a bag of frozen vegetables (rinsed in hot water), topped with salt and nutritional yeast. GREAT! HINT: To make a mock parmesan cheese use nutritional yeast and salt in a small bowl. Tastes great!

Enjoy the weekend!
