BOOT CAMP: We are holding a four hour, no food, all information boot camp on August 15th from 8:00 am until 12:00 PM. We will be discussing everything from GMO foods to how protein works in your body. We were offering this class to our new staff members, and felt it a great opportunity for others as well. I will not be preparing any food (let's see if I can actually pull that off) so there will be time to just talk and take notes. Cost: $10.00 and bring a friend for $5.00.

Bars Update: We have continued to make a few minor changes to the recipes for our bars. The new recipe holds together very well, and we are anxious to have response so let us know! We will have them selling next week (some are done now...). We have had a great response, and are VERY excited about the fundraising and school programs for both the bars and the trail mix! We will have info sheets on those fundraising programs next week for you!!

Story Time: So this morning during our family briefing (we have many a day) I told the kids that it was going to rain today, and asked Julia (11) if she would take the younger girls for a walk in the graveyard and play outside before it rains....I though,.who else asks there kids to talk walks in a graveyard except people who live IN FRONT OF ONE!?? heck, pretty flowers and it is peaceful! We all love it there!
