Attention St. Nick! Ideas for YOU!

Hot cocoa stuffers only $4.50, our own organic body and hair soaps $5.00, our organic pancake and granola mixes $5.00, cozy home-made hats $8.00, organic spice jars (hint: all women LOVE the Cozy Spice, Pizzaz, Caribbean Blend and Italian Dressing Mix), wassail and mulling spice blends, a bottle of organic wine, organic soups, and what about those oranges!? St. Nick always leaves fruit in our children’s stockings. YUM! Now about St. Nick…….he may want some hot cocoa too! Or perhaps our Oil of Oregano for when he starts to feel a little sick, or Relax Ease so he can sleep better, or Bee Pollen for when he feels a bit worn down……

It’s cold outside, use your OILS!

For many of us, this cool weather instinctively makes us desire more cooked foods. I too enjoy warmed foods in the evening. We use our flavored oils in many of our dishes and WOW does it make a difference! A couple nights ago we used our Italian Herb olive oil on our baked potatoes with our Pizzaz seasoning….YUM! Could have eaten a dozen! But alas, like most people, starches seem to hover around my waist so……I ate two! Try our other oils for sautéing foods, or use light oils such as the orange or lemon oil in fresh tossed salads. Try them in baked goods too! You don’t need much to make a difference, and it is a GREAT way to replace some of the butter you may be using.

Wellness Center Educational Day!

As we have come to learn, education is the KEY to your vibrant health! When we learn, we are better equipped to make decisions regarding our health. We want you to be empowered to make decisions that will impact your life for the better. Learning the causes of illness helps you avoid being sick! The tremendous response we have had from others after they attend a Living with Energy class and make simple changes is EXCITING for both the giver and the receiver! Education is the KEY.

For CALCIUM: og snap peas: 45.5, non-og snap peas:15.5, og cabbage: 60, non-og cabbage: 17.5, og lettuce:71 non-og lettuce:16, og tomatoes: 23, non-og tomatoes: 4.5, og spinach: 96,non-og spinach: 47.5 for a complete report on these vegetables, visit http://organicbuyingclubsofla.com/facts/336/ ORGANIC produce is safer to eat and offers more nutrients. Study after study proves this. We carry local organic produce as well as produce from around the states. Our produce is delivered 2-3 times a week! We sell thousands of pounds of produce each month, and can assure you it is worth the small extra cost. Besides the nutritional value, the taste is always different. WE LOVE ORGANIC PRODUCE! Enjoy!
