Change of SEASONS~classes, prices and RECIPES!!

HEALTH AND COOKING CLASSSES
~ Join our Healthy Habit MONTH Club ~


EDUCATION is the key to HEALTH! ~ We have top educators at Nature’s Garden; researching and sharing the upmost nutrition and health practices, alternative healing therapies, and providing healthy cooking classes for the entire family.


Month Club cost is $35 /person ( club card will be kept on file here and is non-refundable)


Choose each month what 4 Thursday classes you would like to attend (NOT including Living with Energy and “special” classes)…attend all 4 classes =healthy habit!!

Spice up your KITCHEN and your LIFE!
Thursday, October 20th at 7:00p.m.

Come sample DOZENS of spices and learn not only how to use them, but WHY they are healing for the body!

Enjoy RECIPES for veggies, soups and chicken meals! ~ It’s a different day of the week , use a different spice, and it’s a different & delicious meal! Easy and fun for the whole family!!

ALL of the spice blends we make will be available for sampling...'tis the SEASONS!!

RECIPES




Herb Butter
1 – 15oz. tub Earth Balance Butter

Add few sprinkles of: Basil, Oregano, Onion Powder, and Garlic Powder




Taco Soup
2- 28oz./4- 14.5oz. cans Diced Tomatoes

1- 15oz. can Black Beans (rinsed)

1- 15oz. can Kidney Beans (rinsed)

1- 15 oz. can Pinto Beans (rinsed)

¼ of 4oz. can Diced Mild Green Chili Peppers

1 ½ TBSP Taco Seasoning

1 TBSP Red Miso


Simmer 20 minutes or more.


Saute following in the pot of beans: (may need to add water & stir )

1 Diced Onion

1 clove Garlic

1# Frozen Corn


SERVE WARM for 2-4 people!
