Rudy, a very good friend and farmer, raises all natural graze-in-a-real-pasture steer and we have EVERY cut thinkable so come in and enjoy fantastic lean steer! NO hormones or anything, not even a shot is given to these animals. Nope, they are not 100% organic, because not all of the feed purchased was organic. ( but it was all natural!..) But his grass is organic!!!!!

Grandma is at it again!
Grandma Fredon ( the grandma of gluten free) just sent (by order of course) lemon bars, Donuts, Apple Crisps, and all her fresh-then-frozen breads! Patty took home one of the bake at home gluten free loaves and she said it was terrific!

If you have not tried raw sauerkraut, you MUST! Come to the sample section in the cooler and try some! YUM!!!! We have both the raw kraut from Goldmine and then the Bubbies kraut too! PLUS their sprouted seeds and nuts are INCREDIBLE!

Clip Dinner Spices From the Herb Garden!
yes, you read that right, we have an abundance of herbs in our gardens, so please come and let us know what you are looking for. We have some right in the driveway on outdoor shelving you can clip from, and much more in our herb garden in front of our home. Just please respect our wishes, and no children in our front garden. ( In front of our home) We have a pond, and many areas throughout the garden that we need to keep picture perfect for our weddings!

Please note that you need to sign up for classes by the Friday prior to the Tuesday cooking class. We need to have at least 6 people sign up for a class, so please invite your friends! We will be adding and changing some of the classes to accommodate some of the classes canceled due to our flooding, and we will let you know!

Bread For Everyone!

Well, maybe not for everyone but.....for years I have baked homemade bread. I have sold in in many cities, and was considering selling it here at Nature's Garden. As we grind all of the flour, we would need to charge $6.00 a loaf, but this is GREAT bread. The ingredients are: Fresh Ground OG Whole Wheat, OG Honey, OG Coconut Oil and OG Flax Oil, OG Vital Gluten, OG Oats, OG Flax Seed, Mineralized RealSalt and Yeast. Thoughts? Our family and employees would all learn to bake!!

YUMMY Salad Dressing!!

Get your taste buds roaring because these dressings are incredible! Both the Italian and the French are mouthwatering and full of nutrients with NOTHING harmful in the least. Way to go Wilderness Family! I can't wait for my next salad.....although I just finished one an hour ago.....

Happy Tuesday to the Health Food World! Here at Nature's Gardens we will continue to research EVERY product and their ingredients before purchasing them, so you know that anything on our shelves is safe for you and your family. There is nothing here we would not feed our own family.

Grandma Ferdon's Gluten Free Bakery is INCREDIBLE! They even make a loaf you can bake at home. GREAT donuts and cookies (sold all of them within days...on re-order now!)
River Soaps = Heaven. (Well close)
Mega Foods Health Supplements ALL FOOD based and great. I personally started taking the blood builder the day it arrived and have noticed an immediate change. More energy of all things (if that is possible.... ) This is a superior line of products, and we are so glad they are here. As with all products, we are WELL below the suggested retail!

NATURAL Brats! GREAT! I thought going all organic and free range we would never enjoy the periodical delicious covered in sauerkraut brat, but I was wrong!
Deodorant that works! (Always have had it, but wanted to highlight it here!)
Juices! Organic and 100% Fruit = 100% taste. (Although I am not a big proponent of drinking juice....we just preach to eat the fruit these are the ones to drink! I spent many long hours comparing juices……)
FANTASTIC PRODUCE EVERY DAY. We went to Wal-Mart to get a watch battery and decided to check out the produce department. Low and behold our prices are lower then theirs on most products and we have all organic produce! How did that happen?
Bare Naked Juices have two new lines of juices that are GREAT! Peach Mangosteen Bliss and Watermelon Chill.
Barleans Oils released two weeks ago a new line of oil that is wonderful and EASY for kids to enjoy! Strawberry Banana Omega Swirl and Lemon Zest Swirl. They have a smoothie taste and texture. Their other products are here as well.
Garam Masala is a terrific spice that I feel in LOVE with after one of KC's cooking classes. (I use it in rice dishes now, and it has a terrific Indian flavor) We have it by the ounce or in a bottle! Flavored Stevia! A Quick SAFE way to make chocolate milk and add flavor to any hot or cold drink, with just a drop!!

Meat Update

Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon is in! We have priced it at $10.95 lb! Try to beat that!
We have Grass Fed Organic Beef in as well as Buffalo too. Nitrate free turkey bacon and happy chicken hot dogs (well, they were happy when they were alive...) are here as well (FYI ALL OUR MEAT PRODUCTS contain no pork, not even in the casing. )

IN CASE YOU HAVEN'T HEARD:
Yoga Classes start June 12th at 6:00 PM. Classes are taught by Katherine Poletz! (If 6:00 doesn't work, let us know and we may change that to 6:30)
Saturday hours have been changed. We will now be open 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. every Saturday
We have weddings here Fridays and Saturdays at 11:00, 1:30 and 3:30 so if you arrive during an outdoor wedding, please be respectful and quiet in the driveway. Some weekends we have only one wedding and others six, but we will always keep parking slots open in front of the store for you! Our website home page has the wedding schedule so you can check ahead of time.

NOTE ABOUT COOKING CLASSES:
Please sign up for classes by the day before the class. We need to know how many are coming so we can be prepared.
