ZuZu’s Café Update: The café has a fresh coat of paint, and we are planning menus. We are still looking for a FT cook. You do not need to know how to cook organically, we will teach you! Hopefully we will open the second week in September!!

Note: We will be looking for a building within the next year for our restaurant, so keep your eyes and ears open. We would like a hall attached, or an area we can renovate into a hall. (the wedding coordinator in me….)

COOKING CLASS UPDATE: KC with KC’s Café has had other cooking opportunities in communities closer to her home, so she will not be teaching the remainder of the August cooking classes. It was wonderful to learn from her and we will miss her! We have exciting classes coming up, and will send out a new schedule with those soon. The nut milk class this week was a blast to teach, and I make much more of a mess than KC, but it was worth it! I have always enjoyed teaching cooking classes, so for now you are stuck with me! Attached is the new Natures News that has the how to’s of making nut, seed and rice milk!! Enjoy!!

That’s it! Have a great week and we hope to see you soon!

To good health,

Karen
