If you came on Monday you caught us! We were BUSY re-facing all of our vitamins, supplements and personal care items on new shelving! Come check it out!

FRESH Bread, Muffins and Cookies today! YUM!
New items in each isle! Canned OG fruits for the camping trips, Frozen OG Juice concentrates, OG Rice Pilafs and Couscous boxes, OG Freeze dried blueberries,OG Cranberries and dates in oat flour too! (all Og). New produce items, and new ice cream! GREAT new sodas and snacks. New hair care lines and Hair care supplies line our new shelving, as well as new cleaning supplies, it just makes me want to clean!!
A Quick Note About Saturdays: If we have a wedding when you get here, you can still come on in and park in front of the store! We always keep the parking open in front of the store during the weddings so don't hesitate. (just drive slow if it is an outdoor wedding...)
Cooking Class Update: Our Healthy School Lunches needs to be moved to one of the following dates. PLEASE email ASAP with your top choice: Wednesday the 20th anytime after 6:00 PM, or Saturday the 23rd before noon or after 5:00 PM. Bring your kids too! Just give me a head count!
The It's A Wrap class and all following classes will resume after we get all the kids back in school. sniff.
PRODUCE UPDATE: We have found another distributor with slightly better pricing (and hopefully a nicer delivery man.....) and may be switching the delivery dates of our produce. For now, no changes, but we will keep you posted! If we can save you a bit of money, we sure will! We currently price almost all produce WELL below a 30% mark up, and with keeping the big coolers running (we have a HUGE walk in cooler downstairs as well), it's costly! So if we can get those prices lower....WE SURE WILL! Come buy produce! (I believe produce is just a service, not a good way to make money.) EAT YOUR VEGGIES!!!! ( I'm a mom and can say that...)
Sunday Afternoon Social! We have decided to host a gathering for all of you to meet each other. We believe we have met the nicest people in the area, and we want to share all of you with each other! We will be planning a pot luck social (Label what you bring i.e. GF, WF, DF etc) complete with a sawdust pile for the kids. (You may bring coins for the sawdust pile if you wish!) As so many of you are from surrounding cities, please let me know if there is a date we should avoid due to other functions. This will be a very laid back, enjoyable get together.
