Yes, I have been accused of using perhaps too much excitement in these updates, so today, you will be addressed without the use of any exciting exclamation points. Wish me luck....wait, you are not here....oh well here we go....
New Items (don't get too excited here) Sprouted OG WW Bread from Alvarado Street, Sprouted OG WW Buns from Alvarado Street, OG Fruit Roll Ups, Fenugreek Supplements, 5# OG Strawberries, 5# OG Mangos, 5# Blueberries ( the only non organic item in our kitchen I believe...but we simply can not afford to eat those all organic...there are a few of us living here...) Corn and bean chips that are OG and made with absolutely no canola oil. (This folks is great news. Jump up and down or something to show that excitement.) Mexican Sweet Chili tea, Mayan Cocoa Spice OG tea, Garden Of Life RAW Vitamins: Iron, B complex and B12. This is just terrific nutrition. The Omega 3 is here as well from Garden of Life, and their fish oils are simply wonderful.
NEW GRAIN DISPLAY: Check out our new grain display. We resurrected an old Jelly Belly display, and took it to a new level. Now you can see everything we have and it is very condensed.

TUESDAY APRIL 21st is our Preparing for Tomorrow Class Learn how to store food for long term storage, prepare a safe room, prepare for a nuclear attack, prepare for tornados, and how to make a 72 hr kit. We will also purify water and discuss purification methods. This is a repeat class because the response was terrific the first time around. You will take home a great deal of information that can help your family become prepared. This class is $10.00, but as always, come even if you can not afford the $10.00, money is secondary to your well being. Just leave after class, no questions asked.....just glad to help.
Well, I don't know how much more of this I can handle. Typing with no exclamation points is truly not possible...so I better stop while ahead.
