PLUMBER NEEDED: Well, we hired this new guy Dan and lo and behold he has drawn a WONDERFUL layout for a new efficient kitchen! Now, we are doing this within our limited budget, as we still have stainless kitchen equipment from Waldo, but we need a plumber! We need an estimate to rip out ( that sounds more exciting than remove...) some existing plumbing and install a floor drain and install a new sink and water line. We will be doing allot of the grunt work, and all the plumbing done in ONE day, on a Monday. Yup, that is ALL we can do as there can be limited down time....Know anyone?

We have some great tables - children height, from our day care. Interested? We honestly do not know , but perhaps $10.00 a piece? They are long and nice condition! We just want them to a good home!

SALMON! Our wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon is jumping up in price, so if you want to stock up now, this is the best time! NO color added, NO antibiotics and frozen fresh! Current price is $10.25lb (around $5.75 a package) and this is jumping up with the next order.....Great company so we are sticking with them! Their quality is wonderful.

TERRIFIC Classes this week! Attached are the recipes from both! Raw Nut Milks and Rice milks was great! We need to repeat that one for everyone who missed it! Try the recipes for pudding, smoothes, shakes, and sauces all with NO DAIRY~!! and more than dairy by FAR! French class was wonderful and boy was it full of....butter! Great tastes! We are anxious to have Chef Darien back soon!

GOLD MINE NO SHIPPING!!! I called Goldmine, maker of the best sauerkraut I have tasted, and asked them what we could do about shipping. I had just paid another $62.00 for shipping, and just could not add that additional charge to you, our customers....so they called back a few minutes later and offered free shipping on the kraut and Nama Shoyu (GREAT Raw soy sauce!)!

We had a delivery mix up with another "health" food store from this part of WI! We received their shipment and they ours. Interesting...nothing in their entire order was organic!! So, what makes it fit for a "health" store? Pretty packaging, but I will tell you, the contents are the same as most things you get a local conventional grocery! Watch carefully what you spend your money on..... Please know we research our products and will only sell you what we know is best for your body! And we are always learning!! Yes, we include a few chips and treats here and there....but always the better ones! NO msg's in ANY form and we are always looking for organic chips. We have just found some GREAT ones so if all goes well, their products are coming soon!

WE NEED WINE SUGGESTIONS! We have no idea what OG wines and OG beer to bring in. Any suggestions? We do need help deciding, so please send your input! We believe will offer some spirits in our cafe (and store) after many requests, as soon as we have an idea of what to purchase!

If Anyone Has Time.......We are looking to research these make up lines. They are the ones we have narrowed our search down to: Grace, Eccobella, Lagona, Mychelle and ZuZu ( Love the name, but how did they get my name???!) . If anyone can help research these items, or have used one or more in the past, please pass on what you have learned! We are offering to pay someone to help with this, so let us know if you have time!

Marie with MCM had a baby girl! Marie (our upstairs photographer, not our daughter who also works upstairs as a photographer..) Olivia Alice was born on Saturday and Mom and baby Olivia are home safe and sound! YEAH! I get to play mommy again.......when she shares.....
