I met yesterday with Wellspring so we can get more local organic produce next year. Heck, if we have a local farmers market right off of 41, we may be able to help many farmers move their products. We shall wait to see all that unfolds. For now, we are most active in planning the building. Ugh! Old buildings are all I have ever known. We will feel awfully spoiled with a new one.

RAW BREADS

My goodness….our kitchen is HOPPING with raw foods these days. Let’s see……we MASTERED the raw bread recipe, and they hold together PERFECT (as a matter of fact I was so excited I threw a piece like a Frisbee across the room yesterday….almost took out my dear husband who did not know it was coming….), we have five crackers to sample again this week, there are 20 pounds (small batch I know…doing over 150 pounds next week….) of yummy sauerkraut fermenting, two batches of Kombucha, raw bars are on the plate for today and raw granola for next week! You bet your bottom dollar we will be selling RAW FOODS around the globe when we are done.

KAMUT BREAD!

Kamut Flour is VERY sweet without having sugar! It has 40 % more protein than wheat and over 70% of the people with wheat allergies have no problems at all. Yeast free, sugar free, whole grain ancient grain breads are HERE! I found this bread while in Idaho. The shipping was more than the bread, so each loaf cost $5.69 to get in, and we will sell them for $5.99. We want to know if you wish to carry these breads and then perhaps we can convince one of our large distributors to carry them, eliminating the shipping. NO ONE ELSE AROUND HAS THESE YEAST FREE DELICIOUS BREADS so come enjoy! VYL Classes and NEW CLASS

NEW CLASS ADDED MONTHLY

Many of you have asked for a beginner’s class, a refresher, or a class you can bring your friends too. HERE YOU GO! The second Tuesday of each month I will present Living with Energy! Time 6:30, Fee $5.00. (I was going to offer this class for free, but my husband said I offer enough and I could not do anything else for free! Sorry!) This one hour class enthusiastically covers: proteins, calcium, the digestive track, minerals, enzymes, living foods, appetite, your colon concerns and sugars. This presentation has been given to several hundred people now, it changes lives, and IT'S FUN! (I pull out my 20' digestive hose........but I won't tell you what I do with it...) VIDEO TAPE EQUIPMENT NEEDED…and YOU!

We have such GREAT speakers lined up we don’t want to miss a thing! If anyone is willing to let us use their video equipment to videotape a seminar room (we need to tape 7 seminar rooms each at 6 maybe 7 seminars) PLEASE let us know. Then, we need someone who can make copies. If no one steps forth, we will not be videotaping any of the conferences. And YES someone could do this and make a few bucks if they want, I am sure others will pay something for the CD’s full of info that can change their lives! AND the booths are filling up so let your Natural Healing Friends and Professionals know they do NOT want to miss out on something THIS BIG!!!! If you want a booth, call soon.
