Ok folks, you will NEVER believe what is going on now.....a friend of ours and i had this crazy idea...that has quickly taken flight! This is the birds eye view: An educational center that welcomes school groups and presents a day learning everything from how soil is made to organic farming and composting. presentations on making butter, breads, etc. The building we are looking to build will need a LARGE kitchen for all the foods we sell throughout the Midwest ( raw primarily...just wait to taste what we are up to in the kitchen...) , a conference center for the groups from schools as well as any group wanting to rent the hall for business meetings. The kitchen will cater all organic foods, and the hall capacity will be at least 150. We also need a 3,000 square foot area for Lamborganics, a worm casting business making INCREDIBLE SOIL (took a tour today....WOW), and a few offices for doctors who HEAL WITH FOOD. The 501 (C)(3) Lambo Fields Inc. will operate the facility so we can accept donations to build the buildings and green houses (we already have some huge ones..). This is right off of 41, just a mile or so south of the Freedom RV. The cafe, store, worm farm, educational center, and convention center will be visible by over 40,000 cars each day! A bit more than current exposure! We have 3.5 acres. We wil have organic gardens as well, but we will not be growing all of our food there. They will be for demonstrations. HOWEVER we will be starting seeds for herbs, vegetables and flowers hopefully yet this year!

WE NEED YOU! (Or someone you know!) We Need ASAP: A very good architect, someone to help with our business plan, someone to research grants, and feedback on what you would like to see at the educational center. We have many resources already lined up and ideally would like to build a very green building as well. The building itself can be a “show and tell” for green buildings. There are some pretty influential people who are VERY excited about this project, and I just PINCH myself that we can be part of this! YEAH!

The dance that night will be INCREDIBLE! The price for that is the same: $5.00 advance tickets and $7.00 for tickets at the door. Organic wine & beer tasting along with FREE DANCE INSTRUCTION for an hour before the band begins! Black and White is the band we have chosen, and I have LOVED them for years! FUN music, and they have only gotten better since I first heard them 15 years ago. It was great when Rita, the do-everything-in-the-background organizer for the dance, found them! THANKS RITA! And, there is organic wine rolling in our office for the tasting because of her so….you can thank her when you see her!
