Mega Food Madness

Yup, the shelves got empty QUICKLY over the last few days! We are fully stocked now, but with Sunseed Natural Foods closing in West bend, we had an influx of people come to the store. As we will not sell synthetic or isolate vitamins, we sold our Meagfood out Quickly! We are restocked now, and we sure were sorry for those items you could not pick up the last few days.

RECIPE IDEA

I made dinner for Roger late one evening this week and wanted to make something warm and fuzzy so opted for a grilled sandwich. I used our raw (living) pizza sauce (made from germinated walnuts and veggies) topped with spinach, tomatoes, zucchini and red onions then grilled as you would a cheese sandwich. YUM! It just happened to have a bite taken out of it before it was delivered… he loved it and didn’t share!

WELLNESS CENTER OPEN HOUSE

We move upstairs into our new Wellness Center the first week of January, and entire month early! January 7th and 8th 2011 will be our Open House. We are busy making a format of how all the rooms will be used and are anxious to have you experience all we will have to offer.

The schedule for Friday January 7th is not firm yet, but Saturday January 8th will have the same format our first Educational day. Although the weather was quite uncertain, the attendance and deals were perfect!
