What a Response!

THANK YOU to everyone who applied to our ad last week. At first I was nervous as a few people said I would not find anyone who would want to do so many things……but dozens and dozens of you sent in letters, resumes called or stopped in. We were overwhelmed with how many of you also passed the info on to others you felt would be a perfect fit. Heck, now we are REALLY motivated to grow so we can hire more of the wonderful people out there!

Interviewing didn’t take long to find the perfect fit for our team. Jenny Bartell applied and as Jen has been a key player in our non profit organization – Vibrant Life Vibrant Child. Inc, we knew her incredible work ethics, her positive and enthusiastic outlook on life, her own personal healing story (you all must check out her website) and her own passion for all we are doing. Many of you may already know her as Jen from Jen’s Jubilee. We are VERY excited to have her part of our business, and we look forward to moving forward quickly!

Plumber??

Anyone out there able to hook up a bathroom sink? You need to know we have a VERY Old home (prior to 1900) with nice old plumbing – and want to hook up a nice new sink! J Please call us at 629-4301!

Ok, not the green drink……

Thursday Class- Your Daily Bread! 7PM

Join our family as we present to you our daily diet! How do you feed a family and live a raw food diet? Can you eat one thing and make another? What do you eat when the family eats? What do they like that you may enjoy? What cooked food do we all eat? Come enjoy samples, questions answer period, and hear it from the lips of babes! Rose (9) and Lilly (7) will talk about how it is growing up in a living food home. Rose will knock your socks off with the best tasting berry drink you have ever tasted (guaranteed) complete with fish oils! I just about flipped over when I tasted what she and Lilly make everyday. And yes, it even has GREENS! Julia will demonstrate the eating habits of a typical raw food teenager (she will even pack up a lunch) and discuss what happens in the lunchroom at school. What motivates husbands and children to eat well? THIS WILL! BONUS FEATURE: Eric (19) will make his delicious protein pack with maca-cacao-green-chia seed- anything he can find raw dessert! YUM! Cost: $15.00

Weddings

If you arrive and our parking lot looks full – DON’T LEAVE! We always have open parking in front of the store for our wedding guests. Pull on up and enjoy shopping and don’t worry about the wedding whether it is outdoors or indoors. Besides, what better thing to witness than an outdoor wedding on a beautiful day in our lovely gardens?

Speaking of…..you are welcome anytime to stroll through the gardens.

Plants

We have a nice variety of plants still left for your gardening pleasure! Eva, who brought in many varieties of tomatoes, went nuts this year and is anxious to see if we can move these tomatoes. Now on the tomatoes note, if you bought tomatoes last week consider yourself luck as I never noticed that the second round of tomatoes prices were higher (they were larger) and we sold them for less than we bought them for! What a nice place this Nature’s Garden is! So this week they are up a bit from last week, but worth every penny. Heirloom seeds, organic soil and worm castings? You can’t go wrong! Herbs, egg plants, and peppers still available as well!

NEW APPLES – Autumn Greeting

Karen has a NEW favorite apple! WOW was it a treat to walk through the produce department last week looking for a snack when I saw Roger had ordered a new apple. I don’t usually grab apples, because many of them are so sweet, but I thought I would try. WOWSA! They are fantastic! I left some for you to try, so come on in and enjoy a wonderful snack yourself! YUM! Don’t let the name fool you – you don’t need to wait until autumn....

Keynote and Public Speaking

For many years it has been a desire to enter the world of public speaking. The time has come! It has been an incredible journey thus far, as I have enjoyed speaking around WI at colleges, businesses, courthouses, doctor’s practices, a nursing association and churches. Our family and business team believes the time has come to have others run the office and kitchen, so I can spend the hours I do work motivating and inspiring others to take control of their health, naturally. Please review the Motivator-Presenter Brochure and letter of recommendation (from a professor in Milwaukee) and pass it on to your employers, pastors, friends or business associates. Thank you!
