THYROID BOOSTER SALAD: (makes 4-6 servings)

1 package Shirataki "noodles"
1 cup dried Wakame, Kelp or Nori (Sea Veggies with great IODINE source!)
2 cups Pure Water (soak for sea veggies only!)
4 TBSP Apple cider vinegar
3 TBSP Nama Shoya or Soy sauce
2 tsp Raw Honey
1/4 tsp Sesame Oil
1/2 Red Onion (chopped)
1 Cucumber (sliced thin)
1/2 cup Carrots (sliced thin)
1 Red Bell Pepper (sliced into thin strips)

Soak Sea Veggies: in 2 cups water for 1/2 hour, or until soft. Cut into thin small strips.
Salad Dressing: whisk together vinegar, soy sauce, honey & sesame oil
Toss: Sea Veggies, chopped onion, & Shirataki "noodles" together with dressing in a large bowl.
Marinate: for 30 min. in fridge.
Add: cucumber, carrots & red bell pepper
Toss & SERVE = Yum!!
