You will LOVE IT! We couldn’t do it without the INCREDIBLE staff here

at Nature’s Garden. For those of you new, and a refresher for the others,

here is a sneak peek at our AMAZING STAFF!

Roger Urbanek, Owner– The man who keeps everything running!

All three buildings, the produce, and the stunning gardens for

our wedding center are all in his hands – and of course his

wife Karen (me!) and our 10 children are in his hands too! Three

minor children left at home does make it a bit easier

though….Roger enjoys time outdoors (he is looking for hunting

grounds BTW) and works with almost 30 young men ages 12 – 18 at

his church.

Karen Urbanek, Owner – I am involved heavily in Association of

Natural Health (A worldwide organization) and that brings extra

duties and blessings! Currently I public speak and teach classes

around the country, will be working on my Holistic Health

Practitioner degree HHP (I should be done by November!!) and am

working on my BOOK! We are a main distributor for CAPSOL-T

(Designed to stop all cancer cells from growing to a size that

they can divide…) so our phone rings daily with people from

around the country. (Medical Doctors in other states are recommending

CAPSOL-T and they call us to find it!) Whew! And here we are

with offices in little NENNO Wisconsin!

Jennifer Bartell, Wellness Center Director – Jennifer is busy

every minute she is here working with clients on their CEDSA

protocols, testing, and helping spread the word about DETOX as

she is a Detoxification Specialist! Jen will be traveling with

me out West this Friday for a week tour and we are BOOKED the

entire week - all day every day! Jen is an AMAZING woman, and we

are so thankful the Lord brought her here, we intend to keep her!

Keep her in your thoughts as she moves into her new home this fall!

Chad Turner, Yoga Instructor & Raw Food Coach – Chad shares

his valuable insight into the body and mind with delicious food

and recipes each month during his classes here at Nature’s

Garden! Chad has been traveling with us out west as well, and is

looking forward to many opportunities this fall. Chad will be

speaking at the Associations Conference in November, and is SO

EXCITED! Check him out at www.chadturneryoga.com !

Ana Maria Vasquez – Ana Maria helps with ordering and the store

when she is not busy running webinars, coaching and helping with

our retreats! Ana Maria is an Intention Trainer and is now

studying the Body Code with Jen. Ana Maria is passionate about

living her life in balance and with intention.

Corey Sukalich (FKA Chris), Master Herbalist, Scientist, Engineer

and Owner of Herbal Symphony. Having such a diverse background,

Corey brings a level of understanding to every topic he

researches. Corey has helped formulate our entire line of

tinctures, extracts and superfood powders. There is not one

ingredient that Corey has not researched, and found the very best

source for. Corey has a goal of providing the top of the line

herbal remedies to people everywhere, through Nature's Garden

Health and Wellness Center. We LOVE having Corey with us and you

should hear this man speak!

Joy Durbin Family Herbalist and delightful backbone to Herbal

Symphony. Herbal Symphony keeps Joy busy packing everything from

spices and blends to medicinal herbal remedies. Joy is partners

with Corey in everything they do. We are not sure quite how they

do all they do...as collecting items like pipe organs and

landscaping seem to keep them both working full time!

Leah Klien, Whole Food Chef and Gardening Fanatic!

Leah has been with Nature's Garden from the get go and has

transformed her conventional baking skills to all organic. Leah

helps with our Raw food line as well, and has earned the title of

Wonder Woman in our kitchen! Leah has a large organic produce

garden which supplies our kitchen with organic produce. Leah

enjoys time in her gardens and with her supportive family.

Do you see WHY we love to share and spread the wealth of

knowledge coming from our center in Wisconsin! What a joy it is

to be part of such an incredible team of people. Our combined

years of training in the natural health world totals over 100

YEARS! We Love Your Body – Naturally!

STORE NEWS:

Folks, it took some time to find organic almond milk WITHOUT

Carrageenan! Although we recommend making your own with almond

butter, (easy! Just add water and almond milk to a blender! Throw

in vanilla and a banana if you wish!), we recognize how easy it

is to open a nice cool almond milk from the fridge so….come in

and grab 32 oz of Carrageenan free organic almond milk for only

$2.99! five varieties!

Promenade Garden Salads, Fresh Fruit Cups, Pickles, DELICIOUS Raw

Seed Mega Protein bars (quite the hit by the way) AND KALE

CHIPS!!!! Raw cookies, scrumptious salad dressings and all these

local veggies makes stopping at our place YUMMY!

RECIPE IDEA! At Old World Wisconsin last week we stopped in the

restaurant with my parents. The kids wanted to try a Rueben

sandwich. Having grown up eating those tasty things I said sure!

Well, it sure seemed like how I remembered, but I knew we could

do better so……

We went home and used from Nature’s Garden (my favorite grocery

store..): Sprouted Rye Bread, Fresh Raw Sauerkraut, Nature’s

Garden’s homemade Treasure Island Dressing (an incredible

substitute for Thousand Island…), and some local Swiss cheese

(not available at Nature’s Garden…we only carry raw

cheese…) and we did not use any meat! That isn’t what makes

the sandwich tasty anyways! (Trust me, you will LOVE this

meatless!) Make your sandwich with a slice of cheese, lots of

kraut and some Treasure Island Dressing, lightly grill (we use

Tea Seed Oil or Earth Balance in place of butter) and make enough

to share! AHHHH I am drooling just wanting a taste!

As I type, Jen is wrapping things up in the office and getting

organized for our next trip out west. We want to thank you for

giving us the amazing opportunities to serve you. As we have

done so these past years, we have grown and learned so very much.

Do we suggest the same things now we did three or four years

ago? Most often yes but we also have SO MUCH MORE information

that we share, and so many new food thoughts and products from

Herbal Symphony, Standard Enzyme, Amazon Herb Company and

Dr. Morse's Cellular Botanicals.

With all of our studies we understand the body in so much more detail

than ever before.

eat and to pick up local foods made by local people who really do

love you – NATURALLY!
